Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a skilled Silicon Design Program Manager to join their innovative team responsible for delivering IP blocks in silicon engineering. This role offers the opportunity to work on leading-edge technology across multiple programs, contributing to the development of silicon IPs with a diverse and growth-oriented team.**Silicon Design Program Manager****18 Month Contract****100% Remote****_$60-$65/hour pay rate. PLUS - weekly pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, 15 days of PTO & 401K saving options!_****Key Responsibilities:**+ **Project Management:** Interface with clients and stakeholders on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery. Drive program and project schedules, and provide regular status reports.+ **Technical Coordination:** Collaborate with engineering and program management teams to track project milestones, negotiate dependencies, and manage risks. Ensure all project phases are executed effectively and efficiently.+ **Documentation & Reporting:** Create and review functional specifications, requirements, and project scopes to guide decision-making and project implementation. Provide technical and analytical information to Product Managers as needed.+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Organize and oversee cross-functional activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Facilitate communication between internal SoC customers and track silicon design health.**Typical Day in the Role:**+ **Team Purpose:** Contribute to the design and delivery of silicon IP blocks, supporting Azure data center and cloud products.+ **Project Involvement:** Assist in tracking and managing projects tied to new and upcoming initiatives.+ **Task Breakdown:** Split time between meetings (50%) and focused work such as updates, emails, and project tracking (50%).**Candidate Value Proposition:**+ **Growth Opportunities:** Join a transparent, positive, and inclusive team with a strong growth mindset.
