We are looking for a dedicated Internal Communications Operations Specialist like you to be a part of our team. Job Summary and QualificationsIn coordination with the enterprise internal communications team, the operations specialist supports the development and execution of enterprise internal communications strategies and campaigns to meet organizational goals, drive engagement with internal audiences and build the reputation of HCA Healthcare amongst colleagues, nurses and affiliated physicians. Serves as valuable resource for the enterprise internal communications team in implementing key strategic initiatives, development and distribution of timely print and digital publications, promotes the adoption of digital communications platforms by assisting in the support and follow-up of users’ needs, all the while helping to ensure team goals are met though relationships with enterprise, division and facility partners – as well as – outside vendors. What you will do in this role: _Enterprise Internal Communications Initiatives, Campaigns, Publications, Platforms Adoption/Implementation:_ In collaboration with corporate, division and facility communicators, supports the execution of strategic internal communications initiatives, to include;· Align with key stakeholders to maintain standards, processes and documentation for initiatives; incorporates strategic and standardized processes to support scalable projects and initiatives· Facilitate decision-making that is required for progress on projects and programs· Maintains strong, valued relationships by providing timely, high quality, engaged service to key internal stakeholders· Assemble models, frameworks, tools and resources to successfully deploy internal communications initiatives· Adheres to appropriate reporting metrics to clearly articulate successes and identify opportunities to improve· Proactively track and measure initiatives progress towards goals. Utilize consistent processes to track and measure performance.· Identify current and future risks to initiatives, develop recommendations for mitigation strategies, and work proactively with leadership to mitigate· Provide analysis of initiatives, critical evaluation of progress against business goals, define recommendations for optimization or further evaluation or investment· Coordinate the delivery and maintenance of content across internal channels· Maintains/organizes the logistical details of the internal communications process, including distribution lists, templates, a cache of approved images, editorial calendar, etc.· Assists in Staffbase support requests and general user education, including basic account troubleshooting, access requests (alias creation, DL send access, etc.) and development of education materials· Develops Staffbase (email measurement platfom) reports to assist in data tracking for the creation of internal email benchmarks and best practices· Assist in maintenance of SharePoint sites (Atlas Connect homepage, Corporate Hub, Enterprise Internal Communications Resources, Collective Bargaining Communications Resources, etc.) _Coordinated Planning:_ Supports development, distribution and execution of internal communications initiatives, campaigns and publications to align with the corporate communications strategic plan· Support internal communications team in developing and implementing enterprise and market level strategies that promote HCA Healthcare’s colleague-facing brands· Serve as a valued resource to enterprise, division, facility and corporate lines of business units on communications strategy, business impact and opportunity identification and assessment· Supports discovery efforts to identify internal stories opportunities and provides solutions and recommendations for new and existing initiatives regarding the of the digital communications platforms managed by the enterprise internal communications team· Compile quantitative and qualitative research, data and reports to guide strategy and execution· Scheduled pre and post launch discussions with key internal and external partners to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement· Maintain editorial calendars, communication plans and other documentation related to the deployment of internal communications initiatives, campaigns, etc. _Executive Management Facilitation_ : Prepares presentation materials for executive management, business area leaders, committees and facility leader gatherings. _Communications Operations:_ Coordinates the reporting as related to execution of key initiativesCollaborates with agency partners, vendors, and external partners in support of the execution of enterprise internal communications initiativesWhat qualifications you will need:+ Bachelor’s degree required+ 3+ years of relevant work experience+ Service oriented with a strong willingness to proactively solve issues+ Strong verbal and written communication skills+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office with high proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel+ Workfront experience preferred+ Client delivery and customer facing experience strongly preferred.+ Healthcare Industry knowledge desired.+ Undergraduate or graduate level course work in Marketing Strategy, Analytics, and Digital Marketing execution preferred.
