We are looking for a dedicated Consulting Communications Specialist like you to be a part of our team.**Job Summary and Qualifications**JOB SUMMARYThe Information Technology Group (ITG) Communication Specialist has a vital role in delivering meaningful and relevant internal strategic communication solutions for a variety of stakeholders. The candidate for this role is an experienced and enthusiastic professional who will develop multichannel communication strategies and plans, and deliver meaningful and relevant storytelling via a range of vehicles including blogs, communication plans, executive correspondence, playbooks, product support and pitch decks for program and application rollouts to engage colleagues and drive organizational goals. This team member is a liaison between corporate headquarters and division resources and will leverage enterprise relationships and tools to ensure communication initiatives are aligned to the company brand and sound for project execution. The candidate will serve as a communication resource for enterprise projects or initiatives impacting teams and portfolios.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES• Develop executive-level communication strategies that align with HCA Healthcare, ITG, and division goals.• Develop comprehensive communication campaigns covering the lifecycle of projects from idea generation to successful launch and closed-loop reporting.• Deliver exceptional ideation and storytelling skills for a wide variety of topics.• Create clear and engaging communication materials, including emails, newsletters, blogs, video blogs and presentations to inform stakeholders about ITG initiatives.• Organize initiatives and plan events.• Build strong relationships with internal and external departments to increase the visibility of the ITG organization.• Develop metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness and impact of communication programs.• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement using industry best practices.• Assist in the development of training materials and resources to educate end-users about ITG.• Supports development of organizational culture through employee engagement action planning.• Serves as a mentor and coach for other communications specialists to ensure growth and development.• Travel to divisions may occur to build and manage relationships appropriately.• Adheres to the Code of Conduct and Mission and Value Statements.• Assists with other duties as assigned.EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree requiredEXPERIENCE5+ years of relevant work experience requiredOTHER/SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS• Superior verbal communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.• Exceptional writing and editing skills, including the ability to simplify technical concepts and tailor messaging for specific audiences.• Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.• High degree of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.• Ability to work independently, managing projects with minimal direction.• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.• Working knowledge of graphic design and video editing software.HCA Healthcare has been recognized as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies® by the Ethisphere Institute more than ten times.
