We are a 4 year running Top Workplace in the Greater St. Louis area.**Job Summary**Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking an entry level Graphic/Multimedia Design Specialist for our Bridgeton, MO facility. This position will design and develop graphic/multimedia tools in support of company communications efforts, both internally and externally. They will also design and develop graphics and illustrations for company documents and presentations. Additionally, the Graphic/Multimedia Specialist will develop and maintain knowledge of production techniques and resources.**Job Responsibilities**• Create and update Land Systems’ marketing collateral (datasheets, brochures, marketing videos)• Develop display graphics, signage, and looped presentations for Tradeshows• Create electronic and printed posters, banners, and handouts used for internal communications• Create cover artwork and internal graphics for proposals• Assist with in-house printing as needed• Support graphics requests from other departments and/or Corporate Marketing• Provide graphic design support for promotional products/giveaways orders as needed• Serve as the primary photographer for customer visits, product shots, and special events• Maintain a photo library of approved images for use in external presentations• May collaborate with individuals inside and outside of the company to implement communications strategies• May be required to interface with senior management and project teams• Adhere to company guidelines and guidance on all communication and branding related activities• Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization**Qualifications**• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)• Experience with managing large print/production a plus• Experience with photography a plus• Candidate must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and a team player• Must be able to collaborate with others• Outstanding organizational, planning and execution skills• Excellent written and oral communication skills_Taking care of our people is a top priority at Leonardo DRS.
