**Summary:**Meta is looking for a program manager/analyst to join the Global Industry Marketing team. This person will play a critical role in identifying, interpreting, and reporting on the most important industry trends at the intersection of technology, advertising, business, policy, and politics. This role will require the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams; executives; develop a robust approach to project management, content, and work with internal stakeholders. The manager/analyst will also be responsible for maintaining industry and internal cross-functional relationships, as well as traveling to global industry events for field reporting and intelligence gathering. The ideal candidate should be naturally curious, a quick learner, and a critical, cross-disciplinary thinker with deep knowledge about issues at the intersection of the advertising business, tech, and policy.**Required Skills:**Program Manager and Analyst, Industry Marketing Responsibilities:1. Track competitors' activity and trends and relevant developments in the advertising industry, the tech industry, and global policy by attending events, communicating with industry leaders, reviewing the news, interviewing experts, etc.2. Succinctly deliver high-quality industry insights, analysis, and early business recommendations to leadership audiences.3. Coordinate the distribution and publication of reports4. build out internal database of industry intelligence.5. Identify ways to more effectively present insights to leadership and guide product roadmaps.6. Develop project management plans to grow and scale the industry intelligence program.7. Help shape Meta industry engagement and marketing strategy, contribute to events programming and marketing campaigns**Minimum Qualifications:**Minimum Qualifications:8. BA degree in International Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business, Political Science, Journalism, or a related field9. 5+ years program management experience in politics, journalism, business, technology or advertising10. Analytical skills and demonstrated critical, structured thinking11. Demonstrated communication skills12. Storyteller with experience synthesizing complex information13. Research experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting information14. News reader with a proven interest in business, technology, marketing, and/or policy trends**Preferred Qualifications:**Preferred Qualifications:15.
