This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.Within EFT we are seeking a Communications, Engagement and Executive Routines Team Lead (Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant) to functionally manage the Communications, Engagement, and Executive Routines team. This role will focus on managing strategic internal, external, and executive communications for EFT. The team delivers world-class communications counsel and content to stakeholders in ways that build trust while protecting and enhancing the company's reputation and culture.**In this role, you will:**+ Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic counselor to executive leadership+ Develop and implement communications strategies to promote and protect Wells Fargo's reputation+ Advise executive leadership on communications strategy to drive business priorities, and support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion+ Partner across EFT to engage all communications segments to ensure alignment of communications strategies and messaging+ Work as an advisor to more experienced leadership to influence and develop programs that are effective and efficient for highly complex business and technical needs across one or more lines of business+ Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation across multiple lines of business or the enterprise+ Deliver solutions that are long term, large scale, and which require understanding of organizational goals or priorities to develop executable strategies and plans+ Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant solutions that are large scale, cross functional, or companywide+ Engage with the technology team and more experienced leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processes+ Function as a team lead to provide guidance & coach more junior resources+ Develop and implement communication strategy for EFT that align to the organization's goals and priorities and foster employee engagement and alignment. Create plan and effectively communicate key messages to executive stakeholder group including Chief Operating Officer, Business Services Directors, CIOs and group CIO+ Manage internal communications for EFT Town Halls, AMAs, Manager Forums, social media, blogs/vlogs and EFT homepage+ Manage internal communications for EFT Office of the CxO and Platform Management Town Halls, AMAs, Manager Forums, social media, blogs/vlogs and EFT homepage+ May assist in writing communications and assist in event production for other CIOs across EFT+ Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels+ Serve as liaison between EFT communications and OHoT communications team as well as Corporate Communication representative+ Oversee content creation and editing for various communication channels for group & team CIOs including articles, blog posts, Teamworks articles, etc. to ensure content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with the organization's messaging+ Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns. Utilize analytics tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate communication efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, executives, and other stakeholders (Bus Services Leaders, comms leads, etc.) to gather information, align messaging, and ensure consistent communication.
