This candidate want to further develop their project management skills and experience while building relationships with leaders internal and external stakeholders managing a range of projects that execute against the strategy and operational needs of the GC&S Organization.

Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.**Responsibilities**+ Conduct market-based research by collecting and interpreting information including researching existing business and global compliance requirements.+ Synthesize findings into insights across studios, including implications that inform business decisions, leveraging executive presence to influence decisions and proactively identifying expansive ideas for company strategy, often missed by others.+ Communicate and advocate insights to business leaders including the GM, Strategic Business Engagement for Game Content & Studios. You will also convey viewpoints through written documents and influence models through moderate iterations of feedback and vetting.+ Establish and maintain key points of contact with GCS Business Units and Studios.+ Define and manage Strategy project(s) as a project lead through goals, deliverables, feedback, and timing expectations, providing structure and guidance for others.+ Mentor less experienced colleagues in target areas, providing project-specific feedback as appropriate.+ Support delivery of external communications on behalf of the GCSorganization.+ Provide support for executive meetings.+ Manage multiple programs and projects end-to-end using the appropriate project management framework and methodology+ Engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic input and analysis**Research, Analysis, & Framing:**+ Help develop innovative market-based research related to strategic business operations, internal and external partnership engagement, and efficiencies. Leverage information (e.g., financial statements, reports, analyses, stakeholder feedback) to address high-impact strategic questions as they relate to gaming.+ Conduct research within existing business units and identify new opportunities for enhancing operational practices within the gaming industry.+ Validate broad research projects with internal partners across the organization.** ****Problem Solving & Insights:**+ Help synthesize broad findings into actionable insights across divisions, analyzing business decisions on complex issues.+ Identify expansive strategies, leveraging insights to help the team develop recommendations.+ Engage with business partners and cross-team members, driving solutions to high-impact strategic questions that align with these values in partnership with internal teams (e.g., Finance, HR, Legal).** ****Communication:**+ Communicate strategic partnership initiatives and insights to business leaders through written documents (e.g., memos, reports) and influence models (e.g., meetings, presentations).+ Help to build comprehensive storylines and create outlines for multiple projects, facilitating communication for all internal partners and leaders+ Influence decision-making by providing clear communications, challenging ideas, and adapting messages to complex nuances.+ Embody ourCulture (icrosoft.com/en-us/about/corporate-values) andValues (icrosoft.com/us/en/culture)**Qualifications****Required** **Qualifications**+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experienceo OR Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 4+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experienceo OR equivalent experience.**Preferred Qualifications:**+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 12+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experienceo OR Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 8+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience+ OR equivalent experience.+ 4+ years experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Finance.+ Proficiency in the gaming industry and experience at a global gaming company or studio with demonstrated results in development operational excellence around global compliancestrategy against business growth.+ Self-starter with analytical and problem-solving skills who's comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment, with rapidly changing requirements+ Superb communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.+ Proven practice of leadership and cross team collaboration.Business Strategy IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $248,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $268,900 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
