Sr. Marketing Operations Manager

Our Fortune 100 Client is seeking a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager. This role is part of a web solutions team and focuses on PMO. The team is comprised of campaign review and setup teams, data validation and governance teams, and control functions to ensure marketing compliance.This role will be responsible for leading PMO, assessing business needs, evaluating teams' capacity, creating process flows in Visio and writing the business requirements. Candidate must be able to function independently, effectively prioritize their work, and be willing to bring new ideas to the table.A large focus for this job will be leading PMO, project managing process improvement initiatives across cross functional teams involved in the end-to-end execution process as well as marketing strategy teams. This role will:Lead Operation PMO in close collaboration with several stakeholders across the enterprise, including Marketing, Operations, Product, Compliance and Enterprise Strategy teamsEstablish, maintain, and publish dashboard and reporting for variety of audiences, including Senior Leaders. Distribute and/or present prioritized list of process enhancements on a set cadenceStrategic problem solving and critical thinking at a systems level across people, processes, and technology in a dynamic environmentLead strategic projects to drive the efficiency and accuracy of offers going to marketAssess the areas of the campaign execution process and marketing capabilities, and make recommendations for optimization initiativesGather feedback from key stakeholders and recommend opportunities for streamlining current processesManage list of ongoing and future process enhancements, and support change management planning, training and communication activities.Prioritize opportunities for improvement to campaign execution based on business impact and team capacityBuild relationships and collaborate with internal partner to develop best-in-class processes and unlock value for the enterpriseQualifications5 years+ experience with leading Marketing process consultation and/or Technical Program Management5 years+ experience with assessing and designing business processes and technical operations processBe proficient in all MS Office Applications (especially MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Visio)Strong executive presenceAttention to detail with a focus on root cause analysisAbility to work well with ambiguityCan establish credibility quicklyAbility to independently work with key business partners in Compliance, OPS Risk, Tech and MarketingComfortable at breaking down complex ideas into tactical execution plansGrace under pressureAbility to lead cross divisional teams towards achieving common project goalsAbility to handle diverse views while maintaining position that is best for the enterpriseStrong stakeholder and partner relationship building skillsStrong change agentStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong power point presentation skills for variety of audiences, including Sr LeadersWork EnvironmentThis is a full time, permanent position with our clientThey offer a full benefits packageMonday-Friday work week, Hybrid - 3 days in office per week in New York CityApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full time, permanent basisSalary range is $120-140K per yearEmerge seeks, in all of its operations, to employ individuals for available positions based on their qualifications, working knowledge, and competency.
