Compensation:

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is

$56,000

yearly.

Oversee planning and management of internal and external events, including logistics such as venue selection, ticket sales, and guest lists.Coordinate event entertainment, including securing music, performers, and guest speakers.Maintain relationships with vendors and venues while staying within budget and managing invoices.Solicit auction items and sponsorships to enhance event offerings.Manage day-of-event operations, including problem-solving, guest welcome, staff communication, and vendor organization.Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, email campaigns, and social media strategy.Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to marketing efforts.Assist with donor management, including sending thank-you notes, updating the donor database, and creating donation reports for internal meetings.Posting Date:

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of relative experience required.3 years of experience with marketing, social media management, and event planning is essential.2 years experience with campaign management and CRM software is preferred.Hands-on experience with web content management tools is preferred (ie Squarespace, Google Suite, Canva, Salesforce, Google Analytics).Must demonstrate organization, ability to prioritize, deadline management, attention to detail, teamwork, copywriting, vendor management, marketing knowledge or applicable experience.Must exhibit initiative, enthusiasm, flexibility, and interpersonal skills.Must be able to pass a criminal background check.Must hold a valid Colorado driver's license or have the ability to obtain one.
