\"Leading Real Estate company is looking for a full-time Sr. Designer to join their team onsite in Phoenix, AZ.MUST HAVES:- Excellent print and digital design skills.- Strong proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.- Proficiency with Dropbox.- Corporate design experience (real estate is ideal).- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.- Experience designing custom logos.WHAT YOU\'LL DO:- Collaborate closely with the marketing team and key stakeholders to develop compelling visual concepts and design strategies that align with the company\'s branding and marketing objectives.- Lead the creation and execution of a wide range of design projects, including but not limited to branding materials, marketing collateral, presentations, signage, and digital assets (social, email, and web).- Translate complex real estate concepts and data into visually engaging and easy-to-understand graphics and infographics.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and budget constraints.Reply with relevant experience to be considered!Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
