A large global technology company is looking to hire a Contract Ad Operations Specialist.Location: San Francisco, CA, Seattle, WA, Chicago, IL, or New York, NY / Hybrid- In office Tuesday and ThursdayContract: 1 YearPay: $40-50/ hourlyAs Ad Operations specialist, you will help the US advertising business to service our partners launch search and display campaigns. As an in-country support, you will work alongside Partner Managers to ensure important chains achieve their marketing objectives in our advertising platforms. The ideal candidate has strong ad ops experience, specially managing sponsored products/search campaigns, but also overarching experience in display activation and strategy.In this role, you will need to excel at communication, cross-channel connection, and operational execution. The right candidate will bring an excitement and passion for the media industry, excel at keeping a pulse on the ever-changing media landscape, provide ongoing recommendations and industry POVs. The ideal candidate needs to have a minimum 3 year's experience in a fast-paced environment focused on brand direct and programmatic media performance and operations.Responsibilities :Own holistic campaign setup, ad trafficking, QA and troubleshootingClosely monitor and optimize campaign performance to hit marketing KPIsBrand direct media expert with ability to oversee and flawlessly manage a high volume of campaigns within ad servers, programmatic platforms, etc.Execute multi-tier campaigns with various buying strategiesSupport US Ad Ops Manager to oversee and coordinate our offshore operational teamParticipate in cross-functional team decisions and projects to enhance overarching process, workflow, and growth of Advertising.Experience owning large Performance Marketing budgets.Proficiency in digital campaign management fundamentals e.g. Media planning, budget management, targeting, bidding etcProactive approach to campaign management, i.e. ability to quickly identify underperforming campaigns, isolate the root cause, and propose solutions to solve.Ability to communicate and identify opportunities that enhance business growth impact e.g. incremental budgetExperience working in ROAS performance marketing framework with familiarity of AdTech, measurement approaches, and optimization levers.Requirements :Business administration degree or equivalent plus hands-on experience working with advertisers or media and creative agencies.Minimum of 3 years in Ad Operations, AdTech/digital advertising or equivalent experience at a data-driven, tech savvy company.Expertise in working with sponsored products campaignsAbility to work cross functionally with many teams.Familiarity with or other CRM systems.4+ years of experience in operations at a creative or media agency, media provider or big advertiser.GAM, Criteo previous experience highly desirableData driven thinking and excellent quantitative skills.Have a core operational understanding of critical campaign components such as brand safety guidelines, ad viewability, and filtering for suspicious and/or fraudulent media activity.Be customer obsessed (users and merchants) and be passionate about building great experiences for users all over the world.Nimble and fast - able to balance priorities and move quickly in a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines.High standards and a bias toward action.
