We're partnered with a fast-growing media company seeking a detail-oriented Ad Ops Specialist to lead the setup, tracking, and performance optimization of digital advertising campaigns. This role is perfect for someone with a technical mindset, deep experience in CM360, and a drive to streamline operations and boost results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and launch digital campaigns in Google Campaign Manager (CM360) with precision and attention to tracking requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot delivery issues, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
- Build performance reports and translate campaign data into actionable insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (account, analytics, media) to improve workflows and enhance campaign efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with ad tech trends and contribute to evolving the campaign strategy and toolset.
Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in ad operations or digital media execution.
- Strong expertise in CM360, with a solid grasp of ad serving, tracking, and reporting.
- Experience with conversion tracking, third-party ad servers, and tools like Mediaocean/Prisma is highly preferred.
- Excellent communicator with a team-first, solution-oriented mindset.
