Digital Marketing Manager with a focus on Brand Management and Webstore Marketing

to oversee our digital presence, including social media and our webstores. You will be responsible for creating and managing original text, video content, and graphics, as well as optimizing our webstores for customer experiences and sales. Your role will encompass managing our products in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing and sales goals across various digital platforms.Who you areYou're up to date on the latest digital technologies and trends. You possess excellent communication skills and can creatively express our brands and products to the end user, to increase engagement and drive sales. You are a strategic and proactive thinker and able to juggle many tasks, while maintaining a professional demeanor.ResponsibilitiesConduct research on current benchmark trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategiesDesign and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to align with business goals, including social media, SEO, and webstore managementExpand advertising onto new channels such as Facebook, TikTok and Google, including optimization of campaignsSet specific objectives, track performance, and report on ROI, such as creating internal KPI, scorecards and reporting metrics on a timely basis using ExcelCreate, edit, publish, and share engaging content regularly (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)Use Excel to organize core responsibilities, such as influencer outreach to provide visibilityOversee the design, functionality, and user experience of our webstores, ensuring it is optimized for both desktop and mobile platformsMonitor SEO and web traffic metrics to identify trends and optimize contentOccasionally assist with B2B business developmentEngage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and manage customer reviewsCreate compelling visual content for social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and the webstore, including reels, posts and stories to build a robust communitySuggest and implement new features and promotions to enhance brand awareness and sales, such as contests, special offers, and new product launchesStay up to date with current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practicesManage our digital presence, ensuring high levels of web traffic, customer engagement, and sales conversionRequirements and SkillsEcommerce experience a MUST (preferred to have Amazon selling experience)Proven work experience as a digital marketing manager, social media manager, or similar roleExperience with sponsored content, influencer partnerships, and paid social media campaigns (familiar with Impact or a similar influencer tool)Hands-on experience in content management, including creating and managing a webstoreExperience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other similar frontend web design languages, including Liquid (Shopify template language)Experience with ChatGPT, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Facebook Ad Library and other analytical toolsExperience with Adobe Photoshop and other similar software to create images and content for the eCommerce teamProven track record as a campaign manager across multiple platformsProficiency with graphic design tools and web development basicsAbility to deliver creative and compelling content (text, image, and video)Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and keyword research strategiesExpert or familiarity with various online marketing channels and analytics toolsExperience with webstore design (Shopify), user experience optimization, and e-commerce platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and multitasking abilitiesThrive in a team environmentBS degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferredBenefitsHealthcare insurance
