Here's what we'll need from you:We are seeking a talented graphic designer to join our growing marketing team at our office in Parsippany .

The ideal candidate will have experience and a proven portfolio of creative work within a corporate environment. Ideally, we are seeking individuals who have experience within the finance, insurance or automotive industries. The Graphic Designer will support all aspects of digital and print content development by working closely with stakeholders and marketing team members. This is a hands-on position for a creative, branding-conscious, and detail-oriented designer.Duties/ResponsibilitiesConceptualize visuals based on requirementsPrepare rough drafts and present ideasDevelop designs for print, web, or social media using Adobe Creative CloudUse the appropriate guidelines for each brand's collateralWork with copywriters and creative director to produce final designTest graphics across various mediaAmend designs after feedbackKnow how to set up designs for printing (including colors, bleed, and layout)Research, source, and collaborate with outside vendors.Perform general administrative tasks such as setting up email campaigns, social media calendars, and scheduling advertisements.Performs other duties will be at the discretion of management.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 7-10 Years of Graphic Design experience in a corporate environmentBachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related fieldA strong portfolio of designs - When applying please include portfolio link or attachment**Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Figma/Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)Experience with designing brand identities, grid systems, and editorial layoutsA keen eye for aesthetics and detailsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work methodically, manage workflow, and meet deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office, Word templates, and PDF formsWeb page design layoutsDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentExcellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks on deadlineSelf-starter and quick learner with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibilityAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentSoftware Experience:InDesign: 8-10 years (Preferred)Illustrator: 8-10 years (Preferred)Adobe Photoshop: 8-10 years (Preferred)Adobe XD/Figma 5 years (Preferred)PowerPoint: 5 years (Preferred)Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.DOWC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
