NoneJOB SUMMARYReporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Creative Manager is responsible for development and management of graphic and video communications promoting Marcus Performing Arts Center (MPAC) for the organization and all the events presented or promoted by MPAC. This position maintains brand standards and the voice of the organization by ensuring compliance across all communications channels while working with internal stakeholders to develop, create, and tell compelling stories around MPAC announcements, events and initiatives that resonate with target audiences.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESHelp facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.Advise on design strategies and collaborate on messages to best engage a given audienceCreate visual concepts that inspire, inform and captivate key audiences or market segmentsDevelop layout and manage production for all print collateral, advertisements, online digital, video and other creative communication channelsOversees agencies/ vendors to create and implement media and content marketing placements across owned, paid, and earned channels that engages our target audiences effectivelyAssist in telling the story of the MPAC mission in various visual formats to enhance overall image of MPACMaintain the MPAC Brand across all platforms, establish brand consistency and implement new branding strategies as neededCreate and publish digital and print playbills and other required organizational publicationsCreate and coordinate internal and customer facing building and event signageManage digital screen content throughout buildingAssist with the design, funnel, and user experience of the MPAC website and mobile appAssist with photography and videography as needed, especially for outreach and education programs and/or Development effortsCommunication with internal and external parties regarding design needs and establishing schedules to deliver projects on timeSupervise outside agency assets and freelance artists as needed.Collaborates with members of the marketing team to support and enhance creative projects.This job describes the general nature and scope of responsibilities for this position. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and abilities required.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEMinimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the live events/entertainment business or agency settingProven graphic design and project management skillsAdvanced knowledge of Adobe creative suite required along with standard graphic design programs (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, etc.)Proven working experience in digital media content developmentUnderstanding of printing processVideo creation and editing skills are a plusAnimation experience is a plusKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESA commitment to the arts and arts educationAbility to be appreciative of diverse perspectives, and a commitment to the organization's initiatives regarding racial equity, diversity, and inclusion (REDI)Creative thinker and doer with strong verbal and written communications skills and exceptional attention to detail that is driven to create content that engages a diverse audience; must be accomplished at creating an effective story and also acting as a translator/intermediary between groups to transmit the storyExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, effectively communicate and relate well to people, work well within a team environment as well as independently
