We are a Jackson Healthcare company and we are now the second largest healthcare staffing company in the U.S., serving more than 7 million patients in over 1,400 healthcare facilities.The Web Marketing Specialist will manage job board relationships with external vendors. The Web Marketing Specialist is responsible for researching new job board partnerships. This role supports growth of job board leads, partnerships with job boards, taking full advantage of the resources in the job boards and maximizing job board exposure.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

• Manages 3rd party job boards to include XML feeds and manual spreadsheets

• Takes full advantage of all features available on 3rd party job boards - candidate views, email credits, etc.

• Identifies state boards associations for prospective purchase lists and process orders

• Researches state associations to potentially search candidates/post jobs/other opportunities

• Posts and reports on specialty specific external boards

• May train internal associates on third party job board features and strategies

• Identifies and optimizes poor performing boards

• Reports on the success of each board (applications, views, etc.)

• Researches external job board options and suggests boards to internal specialty teams as needed

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

• May work on special projects or other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY/BUDGETARY/EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY• May communicate with external clients and clinicians

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's 's degree or equivalent experience required

• 3+ years of relevant experience required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Ability to adhere to and exhibit the Company Values at all times

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

• Working knowledge of marketing automation software; Marketing Cloud a plus

• Working knowledge of LinkedIn and Doximity

• Excellent copy writing and editing skills
