Sr. UX Designer

Specific activities may change from time to time.Lead design activities in cross-functional development teams to create industry leading experiences for our clients, teammates and the business.Participate in design driven programs to define insights, create solutions and advocate for client needs.Design and deliver artifacts across a variety of environments.Strong knowledge of design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices with the ability to push beyond to uncover new and distinctive solutions.Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment and develop an understanding of broader organizational context and goals.Use storytelling and persuasion techniques that build trust with partners and establish long-term relationships.Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes.Excellent ability to communicate ideas and rationales to influence decision-makingStrong understanding and application of industry and discipline standardsExcellent time and issue management skillsExperience creating artifacts and executing ideasStrong ability to give and accept critique, coaching, and feedbackProficiency in applicable software applicationsPreferred Qualifications:Experience interacting with creative teams, business owners and technical teamsWorking knowledge of engineering/development processes, particularly AgileComfort level in working within a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguityA strong passion for improving people's lives through design.
