Digital Designer

Adecco Creative and Marketing is recruiting a Digital Designer for our client. This role is hybrid in the office in Burlington, MA.Responsibilities:Design and develop engaging campaigns that include emails, landing pages, social assets, in-app surfaces, and more. Generate big ideas and designs that wow, are innovative, on-brand, on trend and can translate across marketing communications. Execute work that is engaging, data driven, and aligns with our brand's aesthetic, standards, and needs. Provide art direction to our CGI agency to elevate on-brand creative that aligns with the brand's creative vision. Partner with cross-functional team members to address business needs and find creative ways to meet them. Present work and advocate for creative choices with stakeholders across the organizationQualifications:Bachelor's degree (preferably in fine arts, graphic design or communications)4-6+ years of experience at a design studio, agency, or in-house design departmentPortfolio showing a range of work across various digital mediaAbility to work in a fast-paced, short sprint environmentProficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop primarily)Outstanding attention to detailCurious, pro-active, organized, and self-motivated with a personal commitment to quality executionsStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team membersExcellent presentation skills to pitch concepts and designs to stakeholdersStrong typography skills are requiredNice-to-haves:Experience with animation and motion designUnderstanding and working knowledge of photography and/or photographic styling
