Job Description:

Campaign Development:

Administer and configure the CRM system to meet organizational needs.

Collaborate in creating targeted campaigns for a variety of current and potential employee populations, utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Track campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.

Liaise with UFHR and university-wide stakeholders to implement automation solutions and enhance efficiency.

Campaign Maintenance & Tracking:

Coordinate the scheduling and execution of marketing communications.

Establish and maintain campaign populations via manual and automated processes.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using various analytics tools.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future campaigns.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date audience segmentation for tailored messaging.

Utilize standard templates for routine messages and updates, ensuring timely delivery.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Compile comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness and key performance indicators.

Develop and maintain dashboards for stakeholder reviews.

Collaborate with UF stakeholders to extract and analyze employee data for recruitment and retention purposes as well as to ensure project outcomes.

Identify trends and insights to inform marketing and outreach strategies and decision-making.

Partner with UFIT (UF Information Technology) to refine data segmentation for improved insights.

Web/Digital Marketing Support:

Integration of campaign elements into existing digital platforms including tracking links, customized forms, and other marketing data related elements.

Email administration, communications, and marketing support.

Expected Salary:

$60,000-$70,000

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, information technologies, or related field. Previous experience with marketing, data analysis and campaign management. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in marketing, information technologies, or relevant field.

Proven expertise with Salesforce, Monday, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms.
