Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary:The Ad Operations Supervisor has direct oversight of the Ad Operations Specialists. This role is responsible for contract processing, managing workflow and process and training and compliance for sales contracts. In addition, this position will support Sales/Ad Operations leadership with managing inventory to maximize revenue and corporate inventory reporting. Job Responsibilities:

Leads and manages the Ad Operations Specialist team to ensure contracts are processed timely and accurately. Manages the communication between the Sales and Operations functions ensuring compliance standards are met. Investigates and resolves client inquiries in cooperation with sales and the Business Service Center. Manages the process of weekly revenue reconciliation to bookings (BOB reports) with Airports Finance Team to ensure accuracy of contract bookings. Management of internal reports; weekly invoices on hold and auto renew reports. Supports inventory management and corporate reporting as needed. Trains, coaches, and develops the team on new implementations and workflow including development of training materials. Manages team performance through setting performance objectives, conducting evaluations and providing coaching and feedback. Attends, leads, and participates in team meetings. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications: Education and Certifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.

Work Experience

Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience, preferably in Media/Advertising sales or ad operations. Minimum one (1) year supervisory experience preferred.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.). Possess knowledge of sales principles and practices. Able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure. Strong organizational / time management skills and be detailed oriented. Physical Demands The demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands. Employee must have the ability to see written documents, computer screens and to adjust focus. This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
