Responsible for managing, planning, monitoring and reporting on key projects from conception through implementation. Performs a variety of tasks. Oversees development and execution of key message strategy summaries that are used cross department. Summaries include project background, goal details, research support and key message positioning that helps instruct creative execution. This role is on-site, Stamford (combination of 4 days in-office and 1 remote day).

BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

As a Project Manager on the Marketing & Creative Strategy team, you actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Your role will reside within the team that manages Retail Brand and Message Strategy and overall marketing support of all core products/service offerings, device launch/promotions and mobile service enhancements. Team focus is on driving engagement and traffic to over 660+ Spectrum Stores and 1500+ Retail Partners.

WHAT OUR PROJECT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST

Plans, manages, and monitors projects from concept through implementation. May involve Agency engagement on copy and/or creative assistance.

Manages day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects and gains consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

Establishes project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and Leadership expectations using the appropriate tools.

Meets with internal customers of an assigned project to provide status updates and reports and gathers project-related feedback.

Depending on project, may include tracking costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met.

Responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Performs other duties as requested.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

Experience: 2-5 years of project management.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience

Technical skills:

Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications.

Skills:

Excellent critical thinking skills.

Abilities:

Ability to read, write and speak English.

Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments.

Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members.

Ability to work independently with minimal instructions.

Ability to analyze and interpret data.

Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Full time

This position is eligible to work in a hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote days)

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.

Ability to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person , on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner

Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications including Microsoft Project
