Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that expand the business of our stores division while aligning with our corporate brand strategy to increase lead generations and market share. This includes various forms of marketing that educate and engage targeted audiences, build brand awareness and generate leads such as targeted use-case driven campaigns, grand opening and store events, national trades shows, influencer marketing and regional and store-based marketing plans. This is a hybrid position with work from home hours as well as office and travel time.

Essential Job Functions and Duties:Manage regional and local marketing requests by combining corporate communications and campaigns with a calendar of local marketing programs to create a comprehensive, multi-channel, marketing programs that meets objectives.Manage store event process including grand openings, relocation and customer appreciation events and set the highest standards for campaign and event management, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to and projects are managed to meticulous detail end-to-end to deliver outstanding innovation, communications, efficiency, and customer experience.Manage and lead National Event Participation at events like the Abilities Expo's and provide guidance to stores as to which local events to participate in.Build strong influencer relationships at a National level; this includes caregiver groups, support groups, the Veteran's Administration, and partner groups.Take accountability for the results and ROI of every project, tracking each program on an ongoing basis to ensure closed-loop lead follow-up and conversion. Work with field teams and operations to link and attribute marketing programs to revenue.Feed competitive information, local developments, and content requirements back to marketing team to help drive the product and content roadmap.Invest time to understand the product portfolio, client personas, and key influencers.Marketing liaison between GM/CMC's and Corporate Marketing.Manage projects against goals and to budgets.Demo our products and services.Maintain and enforce brand standards in the stores.Work closely with the RM, GM, and CMC's on client interactions.Manages all marketing public relations activities.Assists in other outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise and guidance through various areas of content development, including copywriting, video production, research, and blog development.Develops and executes marketing communications to the field.Enhances the company's voice and presence through online and offline channels.Maintain and enforce brand standards in the stores.Assistance or support with all Mobility Works segments as neededAd Hoc Projects as assigned.Adhere to all company policies and procedures, OSHA and other safety regulations, and all state mandated regulations.Comply with MW's Core Values at all times (LOVE IT).Complete other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements:

Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related degrees.5 years' experience in marketing, preferably within a multi-location, national company.Willingness to travel up to 25% of the year.Experience working with marketing data in a CRM environment (Sales Force highly desirable).Keen sense of awareness of influencers and customers in wheelchairs.Well versed in entertainment marketing strategies.Proven success building data-driven, omni-channel marketing plans and programs.Demonstrated writing skills with proper grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.Quick learner, self-motivated and able to multi-task on multiple projects simultaneously.Skilled in all Microsoft Office programs with advanced Excel capabilities.Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts and technologies.Candidates must successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

Able to function capably in an office environment using standard equipment (telephones, fax machines, computers, copiers, etc.)Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.Must be able to complete office-related physical activities (walking, standing, talking, hearing, pushing, reaching, seeing, stooping/crouching, smelling, depth perception, identifying colors) as needed.
