As a Channel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and updating current channel programs, including incentives, recognition, engagement programs, and sales and product training programs. You will also play a key role in developing new programs to enhance channel partner performance and engagement. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our channel marketing initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities+

Manage and Update Channel Programs: Oversee the administration and enhancement of existing channel programs such as channel incentives, recognition, engagement programs, and sales/product training programs.

Develop New Programs: Identify opportunities and develop new channel programs to drive partner engagement, satisfaction, and sales performance.

Program Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze program performance, providing regular updates and insights to the Channel Marketing Director and other stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for channel programs.

+

Partner Communication: Maintain regular communication with channel partners to gather feedback, address concerns, and promote program participation.

Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing channel partner events, including training sessions, webinars, and recognition ceremonies.

Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets for channel programs, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for channel program management, striving for continuous improvement in program effectiveness and partner engagement.

QualificationsRequired:

+

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.

+

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

+

Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in program management.

+

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external partners.

+

Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

+

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with channel partners.
