RL Siteworx makes it flow!POSITION SUMMARYRL Siteworx is seeking a result oriented, intense, and experienced Marketing Coordinator to execute on multiple through multiple marketing channels, brand recognition efforts, and oversight of brand standards. The primary channels for marketing are: Social media, events, sponsorships, signage, and branded items.PERSONALITY ASSESSMENTAs part of our hiring process, we ask candidates to set aside 5-10 uninterrupted minutes to complete a Predictive Index® Behavioral Assessment. Manage and execute content on social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.o

Work with an in-house content creator who helps capture and edits content at your direction.o

Signage. On construction sites, at the main office, on equipment, etc.o

Manage corporate branded items; procurement and distribution for events, staff, etco

All branded items for corporate use.Operationso

Accountable for all items related to the RL brand and responsible as the head storyteller.o

Responsible for maintaining an intimate and complete understanding of all processes, systems, activities, goals, etc. for everything within the marketing department.o

Accountable for the continuous improvement of all departmental systems, processes, procedures, efforts, etc. and the documentation thereof.o

Responsible for all marketing department deliverables.o

Responsible for the success of all marketing projects.o

Accountable for the understanding, use, and implementation of targeted marketing efforts.o

Responsible for the creation, management, and success of the marketing departmental operating budget.o

Responsible to live out RL's Core Values in both professional and personal settings.o

Responsible for consistent contact with RL's customers and vendors to maintain open lines of communication, beneficial relationships, etc.Metrics & Datao

Responsible for data collection and reporting regarding all concepts related to the marketing department. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: costs, social media impressions, ROI on marketing efforts and marketing campaigns.o

Responsible for the analysis of all data, trends, metrics, etc. and the monitoring, understanding, and forecasting thereof.o

Accountable for all marketing departmental processes providing timely and accurate feedback for the benefit of the feedback loop.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS-

An undergraduate degree in marketing, advertising or a similar field of study is preferred.WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS-

Not less than 5 years of similar work experience in the marketing field-
