Social Media Strategist

Fast-paced digital agency, Reusser, is seeking a creative, organized, well-rounded, Social Media Strategist to be part of our growing digital marketing team.The ideal candidate is a diligent, driven and hard-working team player who is ready to dive in and keep up with the fast-paced world of social media marketing. The Social Media Strategist will work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure social media plans and content align with branding and overall digital strategy.The right person must be able to oversee existing strategies, assist in making recommendations, and optimizing strategies through data-analysis - ensuring organic social is driving ROI, not vanity metrics.About the JobThe Social Media Strategist understands organic social media is just another distribution channel for content marketing and knows when, and when not to, suggest it as a tactic to meet client goals.The Social Media Strategist will work closely with the digital marketing team, account managers, and clients to ensure social media plans and content align with brand voice, mission, audience and overall digital strategy.The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for building out social media content calendars for various campaigns, analyzing performance, and reporting with clients.The Social Media Strategist is confident in their ideation and ability to pitch new trends and ideas to the team and the clients they serve.The Social Media Strategist will take part in content creation and be familiar with specifications and use cases of each social platform.The Social Media Strategist will continuously track content and strategy trends to ensure our clients' organic media presence remains relevant and reaches the appropriate audiences.The Social Media Strategist must be an experienced writer, confident communicator and grasp the subtleties of good presentation.About You1-3 years of digital marketing experienceYou have a solid portfolio of work and proof of resultsGood communicator and diligent writerA trend-seeker!That's not my job is not in your vocabularyExceed with a level of autonomy not found in most companiesSelf-starter with an entrepreneurial spiritBonus PointsVideo editing experienceExperience in Sprout SocialHaving social media client references from past clients that loved youA natural knack and love for social media and pop cultureHaving employer references that are still recovering from your absenceHaving prior agency experienceAbout Reusser DesignWe are a results-driven digital agency crafting innovative solutions that create demand and generate value for the clients we serve.We support businesses and organizations on their journey to become a better version of themselves.
