The three main focus areas are Marketing for Leasing, Marketing for Sales, and Marketing for Business Development.To succeed, you should have:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or 3-5 years of relevant experienceProficiency in marketing fundamentals, research, reporting, and social media postingSkilled in PC, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop)Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with flexibility to work varied schedules
Your responsibilities as the Marketing & Business Development Manager - Parkway Plaza will include:Develop and Execute Strategies:
Collaborate with the property team to create and implement marketing plans that enhance asset value, drive sales, and generate revenue.Manage Budget and Goals:
Oversee the marketing budget, track performance, and adjust strategies to meet annual revenue and sales targets.Lead Marketing Efforts:
Coordinate advertising, promotions, and special events to increase foot traffic and sales while maintaining effective public relations and community engagement.Oversee Team Performance:
Manage and develop the Marketing Coordinator, providing feedback and guidance to achieve goals and improve performance.Enhance Digital Presence:
