This role offers a hybrid work option, meaning you can both work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what’s best for you and when it is important for your team to be together.We are looking for a vendor sales coach to join our SMB Acquisition team. You will be at the frontlines of helping small businesses advertise for the first time & thereafter thrive on LinkedIn. You will work with internal LinkedIn teams and vendor partners to develop and support vendor sales agents with all aspects of LMS product knowledge, systems & tools use and the achieving of overall sales motion excellence to help ensure our partners are effective in acquiring new customers for LinkedIn Marketing Solution.  Responsibilities: Be the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions expert to support vendor sales agents with product expertise on complex product issues, emerging product offerings and provide product-centric coaching to ensure agents can service customers effectively Partner with vendor training and management team to develop learning initiatives for ongoing agent improvement Review and evaluate the performance of vendor sales agents against quality and sales compliance guidelines Train the vendor agents on new product offerings, changes in platform and new tools Be the LMS point of contact to answer escalated queries on product, workflow and sales strategy, and develop scalable strategies to address them Participate in cross functional projects with the wider Acquisition & Onboarding sales teams and XFN partners to drive sales agent efficiency. Work with the regional Director of Acquisition to build an effective coaching plan that maps to our sales funnel and drives successful conversion outcomes throughout. Work with our vendor partners to make sure that weekly reporting is fit-for-purpose. This can include everything from designing performance trackers to detailing customer success.  Be a thought partner for the Director of Acquisition & XFP leads to make sure that the voice-of-field is appropriately always represented in program design. Juggle multiple priorities as we seek to build a world-class acquisition engine for LMS and be prepared to flex according to the ever-changing business need. QualificationsBasic Qualifications: 3+ years of sales/account management experience Preferred Qualifications:  Speaking fluency in Spanish language  Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem  Experience in fully cycle new business sales motion  Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn platform and product features, relevant internal/external tools and policies Ability to partner and collaborate with external/XFN partners to drive common goals Demonstrated experience of mentoring and driving team wide best practices Strong communication skills - written & verbal - and a high degree of comfort in creating reporting & presentation decks for use by Mgt.  Experience in developing process improvements playbooks   Experience in teaching/coaching  Experience in change management  Suggested Skills:Coaching & ability to impart knowledgeAdvanced Knowledge of sales toolsSales ManagementAdvertising and Digital Marketing  LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.    The pay range for this role is $143,000 -$217,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.    The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
