Position Purpose: Develop, manage and direct companywide provider communications strategies to promote and elevate provider engagement initiatives and education, and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the company’s national communication campaigns to educate and engage providers around healthcare regulations, operations and/or clinical and quality initiatives.Establish and maintain efficient processes to manage the communications function, including measurement and reporting.Provide strategic solutions to cross-functional partners for various provider engagement initiatives while meeting compliance regulations and timelines.Manage a team of employees to optimize performance and align with company’s values/pillars.Delegate tasks and assignments, prioritize team workload, manage resources and provide guidance to ensure department’s goals are met.Support the implementation of measurable, repeatable, scalable, and predictable processes related to organizational goals and drive continuous improvement to enable the department to scale efficiently and effectively.Perform other duties as assigned.Comply with all policies and standards.Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism or related field required.6+ years of combined communications and healthcare experience required.Prior experience in managed care or health care provider environment preferred.Prior experience in value-based care strategy preferred.Pay Range: $84,300.00 - $151,700.00 per year.Benefits: Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
