This position will focus on women's dresses and will play a critical role in the comprehensive development of the brand, from identifying trends and inspiration to the creative direction of the collection's presentation.Job Description As an Associate Designer, you will:Identify current trends and update design direction for the target audience.Create design and tech packs.Develop samples and source fabrications.Collaborate with the production team to ensure fit, construction, and quality.Attend and perform fittings, organizing information efficiently.Direct branding and creative elements for photoshoots and marketing initiatives.Attend trade shows and market events to present the collection.Our Ideal Candidate

Holds a design degree or a Bachelor’s degree in apparel, fashion, or a related field; or possesses equivalent experience.Has 2-3 years of previous experience in designing apparel.Possesses knowledge of garment construction and fabrics.Is detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.Exhibits strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority.Understands the brand ethos and can relate to our overall design aesthetic.Is a collaborative team player with a great attitude, ready to contribute positively to our dynamic team environment.Compensation and Benefits Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek (9:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., Monday through Friday).Industry-competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits plan, including:
