You enjoy building internal and external relationships that matter and go above and beyond for your clients.What the role is: The Associate Vendor Account Manager supports the advertising partnerships of leading retailers. Within the Retail Media Network, the associate account manager collaborates with Sales, Media and Analytics regarding digital media campaign development and strategy. Associate Vendor AM's are the main contact post IO signature and know all about their campaigns: Campaign goals, main dates, stages of campaigns, media planning, creative, and post campaign reporting. The Associate Vendor Account Manager excels in and leads process execution, projects and maintain accountability for assigned responsibilities. The Associate Vendor Account Manager partners with their sales team to identify potential upsell opportunities.You Will:

Manage suppliers' active digital media campaigns.Build strategic campaign recommendations based on business supplier and marketing goals.Participate in client meetings to deepen client relationships.Partner with media planning and activation teams on campaign proposals, activation, performance, and optimizations.Facilitate end-to-end creative processes between supplier and Retail Media Network's creative team.Work with analytics, ensuring reporting accuracy.Work with sales manager on post-campaign analysis with recommendations to promote repeat business.Aid with systematic campaign billing by reviewing for accuracy.Qualifications

3+ years' experience in retail media or account management, client service positions where relationship management is important.Experience working in a collaborative team environment partnering across a designated book of business with short- and long-term goals.Experience demonstrating how client needs are met, and looking for ways to improve additional revenue with assigned client base.Proficient in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), PowerPoint, Workflow Systems and Tools.Bachelor's degree.Knowledge of the media and advertising industry (plus).Experience working with Sales platforms and CRM systems (plus).Additional Information The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
