This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in BALTIMORE, Maryland and some days remote.

Work Environment

The position is based in a Class A office space located on the 18th floor of a tower, offering a panoramic view of the city. The work environment consists of 5 studios with 75 employees in Baltimore, including a 7-person interiors team led by Lauren Reiser. The work scope spans from Chicago to Connecticut, DMV, and more, covering various project types such as corporate HQs, restaurant chains, hospitality, and multi-family. The role involves more project management than production, with a split of 25-50% production and 50-75% project management.
