Job Title: Project Interior Designer - WorkplaceJob DescriptionAs a Project Interior Designer, you will lead and manage a design team from the inception to the completion of workplace interior design projects. Collaborating with the Studio Principal, Project Manager, and Interior Designer, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of design intent, leading the design team, engaging in client presentations, and ensuring the production of complete, accurate, and well-coordinated documents adhering to our standards. This role involves managing numerous complex projects simultaneously, interfacing with clients, and leading, teaching, and empowering less experienced staff.Hard Skills+ 3-4 years of interior design experience in workplace, office space, or tenant improvement+ Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Enscape+ Familiarity with Bluebeam+ Experience with various stages of the delivery process from start to finish, including conceptual design and documentation+ Familiarity with FF&E responsibilities+ NCIDQ certification preferred or interest in achieving certificationSoft Skills+ Creative and collaborative nature+ Strong communication and presentation skills+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team atmosphere+ Comfortable mentoring junior designers+ Strong organizational and document coordination skillsJob TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Atlanta, Georgia and some days remote.Work EnvironmentThe position offers a hybrid work setup with three days in-office and two days working from home, with initial months requiring more in-office presence. You will work in a large, collaborative office located in the Peachtree Tower downtown, boasting a great skyline view with a large open floor plan. The office is part of an interiors studio with a strong, supportive culture where teamwork is highly valued.
