Job Title: Architectural Designer IIJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer II with a minimum of 10 years of licensed architectural experience. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent education and experience required for professional licensure. A Master's degree in Architecture is preferred. Candidates must be a Licensed Architect with a current license, and NCARB registration, AIA membership, LEED AP certification, and CSI-CCS or CSI-CDT are preferred.The candidate will lead multiple and complex projects, coordinating and integrating work with designers, engineers, construction administrators, consultants, and other project team members. They will maintain knowledge of trends in the design and construction industries, construction methodology, material application, and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness. Additionally, the candidate will participate in and oversee quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) processes and maintain sound knowledge of sustainability, universal design, and LEED guidelines.
