Position Overview

The Senior Manager, Lifecycle & Email Marketing will lead strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on utilizing 1:1 channels, including email and SMS. The ideal candidate is a creative and data-driven marketer with a love for improving customer experiences and relationships, optimization and problem-solving, and enjoys utilizing automation/CRM tools to nurture, grow, and retain customers. This role reports to the Senior Director, Lifecycle Marketing.What You’ll DO:Lifecycle Marketing:Oversee the end-to-end execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns, including planning, segmentation, testing, deployment, and analysis.Develop and deliver a roadmap for lifecycle email and messaging content and campaigns, driving optimized performance through segmentation, automation, and personalization.Lead and coach a team of email specialists responsible for building, testing, and scheduling campaigns as well as development of lifecycle journeys.Email Marketing:Manage SiteOne’s email and SMS channels, inclusive of strategy, execution, and reporting.Inform the strategy behind personalization, creative, and content for growth-focused email campaigns across the lifecycle to increase engagement and sales.Partner with Integrated Marketing and Content teams to create impactful email copy, design, and templates.Deliver Results:Work collaboratively with internal cross-departmental teams and other partners to lead strategy, future-thinking and testing, while balancing day-to-day priorities.Support other lifecycle marketing team members in strategy development and implement channel best practices to reach business goals.Ensure smooth team operations to oversee business requests, refine processes and prioritization as well as position and enable the team as subject-matter experts.Partner with other field-support leaders to provide necessary associate tools and resources related to lifecycle and email strategies.

Skills We Are Seeking

10+ years progressive experience in Marketing, brand management, email, and Customer Lifecycle Management.
