Aquent Studio’s is looking to hire a Consumer Experience (CX) Production Designer to collaborate with a team of world-class multi-disciplinary designers to invent and deliver design and UX frameworks that align and extend across all patients, customers, and employees. You will collaborate with other designers, strategists, and researchers to build customer-focused solutions. You must be responsive, flexible, and able to lead projects forward in the face of ambiguity.
You could be just the right applicant for this job Read all associated information and make sure to apply.Responsibilities:Realize creative concepts, presentation designs, storyboards, and visualization of ideas.Solve complex challenges with a user-centered design approach.Build consumer brand experience design through storytelling.Follow brand style guidelines and work with established visual patterns.Drive and close on design requirements independently.Work as an internal design consultant and present to clients and executives.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Experience in industry design tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, as well as standard Microsoft Office suite.Basic knowledge of motion design, animation, and character development for video.Strong skill with Adobe Illustrator and vector illustration is required.Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects a plus.Basic knowledge of SharePoint, creating graphics, and using standard web-parts.Familiar with using collaborative tools like Miro for creating journey maps, ecosystem maps, and service design workflows.Fluency and experience in the design thinking process.Active listener with ability to respond to feedback and prioritize workload.Key Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, presentation design, or equivalent design-related field.10+ years of experience as a graphic designer, user experience designer, or similar role.Experience working in a collaborative team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially as they relate to presenting and articulating design decisions.Must be a vibrant and engaging communicator who can present concepts and ideas to all levels of the company.Familiarity with the pharma/healthcare industry is a plus.Compensation Range: $44.10/hourThe range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role.
