Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute design projects, including print materials, digital assets, marketing collateral, and more.
Develop and maintain our brand’s visual identity across all platforms.
Create engaging and effective designs for social media platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and engaging campaigns.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.
Stay current with design trends and industry best practices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design.
Knowledgeable in social media design and marketing strategies.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
·Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
