2 years of experience with a primary focus in marketing and may also include events, sales, public relations, community relations, and/or advertisingREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESAbility to effectively communicate with internal and external audiences and represent East Tennessee Children’s Hospital in the community.Ability to balance and prioritize multiple stakeholders and projectsBasic understanding of advertising mediumsAbility to learn new software systems quicklyStrong experience using Canva and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred knowledge: WorkdayDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESParticipates in the planning and implementation of communication efforts and events, including but not limited to: health fairs, seminars, outreach events, chamber activities, open house, and other hospital events.Coordinates with external advertising partners to provide campaign assets and schedulesReceives, codes, and processes advertising invoicesWrites and distributes traffic reports for radio, TV, and digital advertising partnersCoordinates with internal stakeholders to place advertising efforts in a timely mannerMaintain branded merchandise inventoryAbility to effectively manage several projects at once. Prioritizes projects by team needs rather than individual workload as identified.Willingly accepts any other assignment that may be requested.Utilizes hospital resources and time respectfully and accountably.Work closely with the marketing manager and graphic design team to help gather information from other departments to help the team accomplish projects efficientlyBuild/polish presentations for the Director of Marketing and VP team in Canva and PowerPoint.Works with the marketing manager on signage and communication as needed on the main campus and other locations for the organization.Works closely with the communication coordinator for all administrative needs for marketing and community (relations) benefit departmentsCome work where you can make a difference every day.
