As the Marketing Analyst specializing in email management, push notifications and specialty projects, you will be responsible for developing, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns while also leading specific projects that contribute to our overall marketing objectives. You will be expected to create compelling content, segment our audience, and analyze campaign performance to maximize results. This role requires creative thinking with strong analytical abilities, project management skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Plan, create, and schedule campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and target audience.Work hand in hand with the brand team to develop engaging content; including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia elements, for email newsletters, promotional offers, and product announcements.Specialize in segmenting customer audiences based on demographics, behavior, and engagement metrics to deliver personalized and targeted messaging.Measure and analyze campaign performance results; delivering success metrics.Lead and manage specific marketing projects, such as product launches, seasonal campaigns, or customer loyalty programs, from conception to execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.Coordinate resources, budgets, and external vendors as needed to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.Track project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.Monitor email and push campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to optimize subject lines, content, layout, and calls-to-action for improved engagement and conversions.Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, trends, and recommendations for optimization to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and marketing managers, to align email campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback on email marketing strategies and projects.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field3 years in email marketing, campaign management, project management, or digital marketing roles.Experience leading specialty projects such as product launches, seasonal campaigns, or customer loyalty programs.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, or similar tools.Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.Familiarity with marketing automation, segmentation strategies, and A/B testing methodologies.Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.Preferred QualificationsPhysical and Mental Demands
