Job Overview:The remote Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies to drive engagement, nurture leads, and support various business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, preferably experienced with Pardot and Intercom, and have a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing. This role will involve managing email campaigns, building automations, and creating in-app messaging sequences to enhance customer journeys for our 3 brands; Paystone, DataCandy, and NiceJob.Key Responsibilities:Email Campaign Management:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including one-off emails, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to create compelling email content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.Segment email lists based on various criteria to ensure targeted and personalized communication.While the content team will occasionally assist with email copy, you will also be responsible for writing compelling copy, peer reviewing, and providing feedback and content recommendations when the content team is unavailable.

Automation and Sequencing:

Build and optimize email and in-app messaging sequences using Pardot and Intercom to support lead nurturing, customer onboarding, and retention initiatives.Create and manage automated workflows for various customer lifecycle stages, including welcome series, re-engagement campaigns, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Continuously analyze and improve automation workflows to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.Generate regular reports on email marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.Conduct A/B testing to refine and improve email content, subject lines, and send times.

List Management and Data Integrity:

Maintain and manage email lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR).Implement strategies for list growth and data enrichment to enhance targeting and personalization efforts.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with the sales team to align email marketing efforts with sales goals and initiatives.Collaborate with the customer success team to develop in-app messaging that enhances the user experience and supports customer retention.Partner with the product team to promote new features and updates through targeted email campaigns.

Strategy and Innovation:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and marketing automation.Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our email marketing strategy.Develop and implement new email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
