As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll oversee the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of a portfolio of properties' paid and organic digital marketing efforts. You will build campaigns that work and ensure our processes are always working better. We are looking for someone creative and motivated to lead this initiative. Grow P.P.C. (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and SnapchatAudit and update websites to ensure accurate content, branding, and functionalityImplement organic social media strategy by auditing content, analyzing performance, and identifying areas of improvementCollaborate with a portfolio of properties to create a marketing presence both online and in-personAnalyze organic and paid marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve GoalsComplete competitor analysis to ensure that digital marketing efforts are outperforming the marketResearch and implement upcoming digital marketing tactics and toolsUse A.I. to maximize efficiency in daily workflows and identify creative solutionsYour Track Record:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field2+ years experience overseeing P.P.C. advertising campaigns with an emphasis on Google Ads and Meta, TikTok, and SnapchatExperience managing on-site, technical, and off-site SEOExperience managing organic social media contentConfidence in managing multiple clients/brands at onceAbility to interpret data and present relevant insightsComfort using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business SuiteYour Style:
