They are embarking on an exciting short-term project to create a prototype for a future app that will support women's career development, with the potential for future work. They are seeking a passionate UX Designer to join the team and help shape this innovative platform.Job Report As a UX Designer for this project, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the user experience for a prototype that will lay the foundation for an upcoming women's career development app. Your focus will be on understanding the unique needs and aspirations of our female users and translating those insights into a user-centered design. This project presents an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on women's career advancement, with the potential for further involvement.Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, target audience, and user requirements.Conduct user research to gain insights into the needs and preferences of women seeking career development opportunities.Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that reflect the app's functionalities and features.Design a visually appealing and user-friendly interface, ensuring it aligns with our brand and message.Collaborate with developers to implement the design and provide feedback for improvements.Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for iterative design enhancements.Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience throughout the prototype.Requirements
