We are excited to collaborate with clients and candidates to facilitate the perfect match between exceptional talent and outstanding employers.Role Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Account Director to join our Client's team for 6-months to cover for an Account Director going on maternity leave.The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge and expertise of performance marketing to dive into UA and other digital campaigns with new testing ideas, troubleshooting efforts, and recommendations across both app and web platforms. They can lead and inspire both the internal team and their client, driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of performance marketing.Qualifications:

Proven experience in performance marketing.

Prior experience in account management or other client-facing positions.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve UA KPIs.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and performance metrics.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Client Meetings:Conduct status calls to cover weekly priorities for both sides.

Host bi-weekly calls with Google and the client to review open opportunities and testing plans.

Lead performance meetings with the client to review key metrics, provide recommendations, and discuss testing plans.

Internal Meetings:Participate in Account Team reviews to review performance dashboards in detail, flag issues and opportunities, and ensure all projects are moving forward.

Attend Full Team status meetings on Mondays to ensure clarity following client calls.

Conduct performance reviews with the internal team to prepare for client presentations.

Lead status review meetings on Fridays with the Account Team to ensure preparedness for the following Monday’s client status meeting.

Overall Priorities:Guide the team to ensure strategies and executions are precise, issues are flagged quickly, performance KPIs are monitored, trends are explained, and appropriate new tests are recommended.

Serve as the senior point-of-escalation to senior growth marketers on the client side.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts during the interim period.
