Come work with a passionate and dynamic team of remodeling and construction professionals in a fun and challenging atmosphere?Summary of ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage Design Department Strategy including department goals and objectives.Manage Design Center with onboarding new and innovative products.Communicate and maintain a good working relationship with our vendors.Lead the Design and Project Development departments staff.Work with Project Development team to understand and accurately forecast job costs while improving production practices.Facilitate project coordination meetings with our design and build teams.Manage the setup of design projects, scheduling and execution of site inspections, and development of design concepts and cost estimates.Direct the development of detailed designs and cost estimates.Maintain Design department resource library and update as needed.Education, Experience, and Skills Required5+ years of design experience3+ years of Residential design experience2+ years of Management experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceAbility to lift up to 25 poundsAble to clear pre-employment checksCompensationSalary- $80k-$95k/yrMedical (65% covered by employer)DentalVision401k with 3% contribution automatically10 PTO days (after the first 90 days)6 paid holidaysMileage reimbursementPersonal characteristics needed to be successful in this roleOrganizedCreativeExcellent CommunicationTeam orientedResults DrivenHumbleDetailed, but never loses sight of the big pictureHow to ApplyPlease submit your most updated resume highlighting your skills and experience pertaining to the position.We have a formal recruiting process and have a relationship with Zephyr Connects LLC, whom we use for the screening and hiring process.
