Our service delivery model is that of a consultant (Done With You), not a service provider (Done For You). We value hard work, speed, over-delivery, trust, and honesty.Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Head of B2B Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives, focusing on B2B lead generation strategies to increase the number of booked calls from qualified leads.This role will involve optimizing our current marketing strategy,Testing new marketing initiatives and scaling the existing ones.You’ll work closely with Gal and Ouriel.Skills and Experience Needed:Crucial: Proven track record of successful marketing strategy and execution in a B2B service company, specifically for e-commerce or Amazon FBA businesses, with experience in marketing info products, coaching, or consulting services.Strong expertise in digital marketing, including paid social media management and cold outreach campaigns.Experience in forming and maintaining strategic partnerships and collaborations within the industry.Proficient in managing content distribution across social media platforms.Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with a strong analytical approach to marketing performance metrics.Innovative thinker with a strong interest in continuously learning and testing new marketing methods.Responsibilities:Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create a full marketing strategy to generate qualified booked calls for our company, implement it, and optimize based on performance data.Manage Paid Media Campaigns: Develop a paid media ads strategy and ensure that campaigns are effective, within budget, and aligned with our business goals.Scale & Optimize Cold Outreach Efforts: Optimize and expand our cold outreach campaigns, including email and social media, to increase lead generation significantly.Content Creation and Management: Manage our content strategy for social media platforms and email newsletters to nurture leads effectively.Forge Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture partnerships with other service providers to enhance our marketing reach and capabilities.Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales department to align marketing strategies with sales objectives to improve the client acquisition process.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles with a focus on lead generation.Experience in Service providing companies that market to e-commerce or Amazon FBA businesses.Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.Proven expertise in strategizing paid advertising campaigns and effective cold outreach campaigns for lead generation.Ability to form, maintain, and nurture strategic partnershipsExperienced in developing engaging content strategies across various social media platforms.Quick Specs:Full-Time PositionHours overlap with U.S. EST / EDTFully RemoteCompensation Structure: $100,000 base salary with strong personal and company performance bonuses.
