The Growth Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth and profitability of our online sales channels. This strategic leadership role involves defining and building our growth strategy, initiating and managing cross-functional campaigns, and overseeing performance marketing to enhance online sales and customer growth. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce trends, and customer behavior.WHAT YOU'LL DODevelop and implement a comprehensive paid acquisition strategy aligned with ALOHA Collection’s overall business growth goals.Optimize and manage paid media budgets, closely tracking KPIs, and providing strategic recommendations for adjustments as necessary.Lead and maintain relationships with agency partners, advocating for business initiatives and ensuring accountability to contractual agreements.Drive the success of ALOHA Collection's performance marketing campaigns through effective execution and optimization, with accountability for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.Contribute to new product, campaign, and marketing initiatives by analyzing market trends, conducting customer research, and collaborating cross-departmentally.Track and analyze key metrics related to the company's growth, such as customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, conversion rates, and retention rates.Manage and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns across multiple channels such as Meta, TikTok, Youtube, and Search.Monitor and analyze sales trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for revenue growth and expansion into new channels and new markets.Regularly analyze eComm performance data and prepare reports for senior leadership, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimizations.Partner with the Digital Product team to define the roadmap and product requirements that will deliver against the eCommerce strategy and enhance the customer experience.Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations to improve marketing performance.Provide guidance and mentorship to help foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FORBachelor's degree (B.A.), two+ years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.5+ years of work experience with at least 3 years spent running large performance marketing campaigns.Knowledge & understanding of the entire performance marketing landscape.A proven track record of building and scaling channels up to $1M+/mo in spend; delivering strong results.Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms and technologies, including, but not limited to, Shopify and Google Analytics.Deep understanding of eCommerce KPIs, data analysis, and reporting.Strong analytical skills and an ability to make data-driven decisions.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLEAbility to evaluate talent, identify personal-growth paths, and act as a true mentor.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyA collaborative cross-functional competency, as well as an open mind and flexible attitude.Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.Adaptability, and ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional time management abilities.WHAT WE OFFERFrom the very beginning, our founders Heather and Rachael wanted to create a dynamic and intentional company culture and we are proud to say that ALOHA Collection still holds those same values today.
