Scroll down to find the complete details of the job offer, including experience required and associated duties and tasks.Job DescriptionThe Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing marketing initiatives to promote the Single-Family Rental (SFR) portfolio, SFR Communities, and brand initiatives. They are responsible for implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics to achieve business objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.Assist in the implementation of strategic marketing plans, programs, and tactics.Write content supporting campaigns and initiatives for all channels including email, website, and social.Coordinate with outsourced vendors and internal staff for the development and production of floorplans, site maps, photography, advertising, signage, and collateral materials to support leasing and marketing programs.Responsible for video and photo shoot project management.Design marketing assets using design software in alignment with brand guidelines.Create compelling and relevant marketing content for print and digital channels including social media, email campaigns, and advertisements to support demand generation for our portfolio and suite of offerings.Conduct research to analyze customers' behavior (e.g., purchasing habits, trends, and preferences) and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness.Manage the company store platform supporting marketing and operations with identifying items, implementing branding, and reporting on inventory sales to ensure timely product availability. Main point of contact with the Tricon company store vendor and product vendors to support the management of contract terms and adherence to budget.Support events through planning, communications, creative content, presentation delivery, and resources as required.Maintain and enhance brand consistency across channels through astute management of the Digital Asset Management platforms ensuring access to the most current marketing assets, logos, images, and video.Track and submit invoices to accounting for monthly reporting.Review monthly costs against budget and inform markets when spend trends will lead to negative budget variances.Qualifications:Proficiency in marketing tools including Cloudinary and Act-on.Superior writing and editing skills with the ability to accurately communicate various initiatives in a way that resonates with a range of stakeholders.Creative thinking and problem-solving.Strong project management skills to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and deal with changing priorities.Ability to work in a changing environment, learning and adapting as needed.Ability to work independently without supervision, and also with a team.Self-starter and ambitious—willing to identify and do what needs to be done.Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.Experience with research methods using data analytics software.Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics, and Google Adwords.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.3-5 years of experience in consumer or real estate marketing.Has working knowledge of digital marketing tools, processes, and strategies.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.Excellent project and time management skills.Proficient at managing and tracking budgets.Excellent written and verbal skills.Highly proficient in MS Office, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.Preferred Attributes:Detail-oriented.Able to manage multiple projects at once, while balancing priorities.Team player who is collaborative and supportive in working with others.Creative thinker willing to take chances and try new ideas.Comfortable working in an environment of change and continual improvement.Upholds the values of our organization.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, including:Frequently required to sit; talk; and hear.Occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop; kneel; or crouch.Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.At Tricon, we are committed to creating a workplace where every individual is valued for their unique contributions, experiences, voices, and backgrounds. Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience, and skills. $60,790.00 - $101,310.00
