We are looking for a dynamic individual who can handle multiple marketing areas from event coordination to social media management. Strong organizational and communication skills, coupled with experience in the tech industry, are essential.ResponsibilitiesEvent Coordination : Support all aspects of virtual and in-person events including logistics, banners, staffing coordination, and post-event support.Social Media:
Maintain Stairwell's social media calendar, growing and engaging followers with the latest news.Website Maintenance : Ensure the company website showcases the latest news and content, including blogs, media coverage, award recognitions, etc.Collateral Development : Project manage collateral and multimedia development working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and in-house/3rd party graphic artists.General Marketing Support : Being an early-stage start-up, support all other marketing-related projects as needs arise.Qualifications2+ years of related marketing experience is a must.Must be a self-starter and able to execute with minimal supervision.Excellent analytical and communication skills (verbal and written).Experience in a start-up environment is strongly preferred.Based in the Bay Area, CA - strongly preferred.Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Experience with martech including WordPress, Hootsuite, Salesforce, etc., is a plus.Experience in cybersecurity or other high-tech industries is a plus.Salary range $100,000-$120,000.Additional Information*We offer competitive pay (including stock options), unlimited PTO, subsidized health/dental/vision insurance, a monthly internet stipend, a one-time home office bonus to deck out your work area, company events, team trips, and more.Stairwell is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
