In partnership with their supervisor, the Marketing Director, and peers for Food+ by Compass, clients, and other vendor partner peers, this individual develops and supports marketing initiatives and plans that help achieve the Food program marketing/communications strategy.The great things you can expect to do:Integrated marketing & communication for the Food+ by Compass program:
Create and deploy integrated marketing and communications initiatives to achieve Food program goals.
Stakeholder collaboration:
Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders ranging from C-suite leaders to local operations management.
Innovation & insights:
Regularly analyze data and use insights to inform future strategy and implementation.
Risk and crisis communication management:
Support the response to a variety of incidents in alignment with global communications protocol.
Minimum QualificationsProven experience (8-10 years) in integrated marketing or strategic communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling experience.
Experience supporting work in both internal and external communications.
Ability to analyze and evaluate information to communicate concise trends and recommendations.
Ability to collaboratively problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of Google Suite products.
Preferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of business-to-consumer marketing.
Strong interpersonal skills, leads with courage and resilience.
