Join the Compass family today!Job SummaryAs a Marketing Manager, this individual is responsible for execution of marketing initiatives at client accounts. An ideal candidate would possess a background in foodservice/hospitality or B2C and understand retail side of the business. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:Key Responsibilities:Develops campaigns to increase awarenessPresents Company programs to clientsCoordinates publicity for the CompanyDevelops brochures and print media about the Company.Develop and implement monthly marketing calendars for all workplace and retail locations.Ensure effective tracking of new initiatives and share results (ROI) with team(s).Overseeing the companies’ social media, content marketing and digital analytics strategyPlanning, developing and executing integrated digital programs and campaigns across multiple digital platforms to deliver measurable resultsLeads optimization strategies to drive brand awareness, sales leads, restaurant reservations and other important metrics in a quantifiable wayProject management for all incoming marketing job requestsAct as an internal expert in all facets of digital and social media marketing strategy; work with digital agency to plan and develop integrated digital and interactive programs and campaigns across multiple digital platforms to deliver measurable results.Assists in providing direction for contractors, consultants and agencies involved with database management, CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, SEO/online advertising and mobile strategy.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferredMinimum of three years marketing experience preferredMinimum three years in managing high profile marketing programs (retail, hospitality, catering, restaurant)Passion, knowledge and appreciation of culinary arts, food and eventsComputer literacy - MS Office (including Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook) and Adobe Creative SuiteExperience coordinating omnichannel marketing programsAbility to present to large groupsKnowledge of merchandising and promotionsExcellent writing skillsApply to Compass Group today!Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
