This role will partner with the Director of Channel Marketing, marketing direct reports, sales leadership, sales team members, and product team members in driving and executing results cross-functionally.You will also get to:Develop and oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy through all media and communication channels.Lead all marketing content development – digital, organic, new product, social media, campaigns, etc.Develop and track the overall marketing budget, allocating resources to ensure maximum cost-efficiency.Develop and maintain a marketing events calendar.Coordinate cross-functional meetings to drive the successful execution of marketing initiatives.Oversee event and trade show execution.Build marketing/lead generation tracking and report KPIs.Collaborate with team members from various departments to build and maintain solid cross-functional relationships.Communicate and present marketing initiatives to key business stakeholders.Stay informed on cutting-edge marketing tools, news, and trends to identify opportunities for new programs, systems, and initiatives.Attend relevant industry events and conferences, as needed, to support sales enablement programs.Use performance data to identify future marketing needs or resources.Abide by all Stanley Black & Decker Business Conduct rules and regulations.The Person You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You also have:BA/BS Degree preferred. 4+ years of sales and/or marketing experience within the Consumer Goods.Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office Suite and other ERP Systems (SAP, BW, Salesforce, Pardot, Adobe, etc.).Proficiency in knowledge of key business measures--sales, gross margin, OM, etc.Comfortable with travel within the US. Travel expectation would be 50-75%.The Details Competitive salary.
